Tww started yesterday.. Weird symptom someone help

My nipples hurt so bad the only time I've had them hurry is n august when I find out I was pregnant that ended in mc. My nipples hurt literally days after bd/ovulation in august and low and behold I was pregnant. Now I just got done bd for 4 days in a row using preseed and my highest ovulation being two days ago. So I'm trying not to be hopeful but it is hard. Tww here I come
