Depends after baby

I jokingly mentioned using depends to my mom instead of thunder pads and she bought me some 😂 so when did you use them? I'm thinking at night after we get home may be best? Extra protection at night? I'm having a c section. Or did you prefer them in the hospital? I was just planning on using their undies and pads there. It's my third kid but I feel like I'm seriously forgetting the amount of bleeding that happens afterward lol
