Gas Pains From Hell?!

I'm 11+6 and for the last hour been dealing with horrendous gas pains coupled with constipation. I haven't eaten anything differently, or done anything new, just woke up like this! Is this normal? What can I take? This is miserable and I'm super late for work. 😩😭

You can take Zantac.  I originally just took it for heartburn, but it helps with the bloat and gas pain.  Won't help with the constipation though.  Increase your fruit intake.  Your doctor may even have you take miralax if it's bad enough.

I had the same thing from about 4 weeks until 12 weeks. It would start up around noon until I went to bed. Sometimes it would be hard to walk or sitting would make it unbearable. Then at around 12 weeks it slowly became less intense and more infrequent. I'm now 14 +4 and the gas pains are almost non existent.
