What to expect from second prenatal appointment?

Hey guys! I had my first prenatal appointment when I was 7w2d (including bloodwork, pap, ultrasound, heartbeat...) I am 11w2d and I'm not sure what to expect. I could only make the appointment for the late afternoon because of work and I'm afraid that he needs to get all in my business again and I won't have a chance to freshen up from working all day. What should I expect today?

My doctor and I just talked about how I was feeling, any changes, my depression, blah, blah, blah and then we did baby's heartbeat and scheduled next appointment and that was it!

My 12 week scan I got the nt scan and a blood test

It was my 12th week check up. I was weighed and did a urine sample. My doctor listened to my babies heartbeat with a dopplar on my belly. Then we discussed genetics screening, the different kinds and accuracy for them. I decided to do the harmony or Panarama test which is a simple blood test but 99% accurate and you can choose to find out the gender early if you wish to. It was a fast appointment and I hear the third is even quicker!

Mine was a lot of talking checking all my vitals and they listened to the heartbeat with a Doppler.

Mine was just a lot of talking. "How do you feel?" etc and going more over diet and nutrition things. Unless you say you have any symptoms that would require him to check down there I doubt he will.
