PMDD ?

Does anyone here have PMDD? If so, how did you find out? I feel like this may be the root of a long time problem for me and I would be so happy if I could just have some answers.

I have this. There is a diet that is directly related to your cycle that will help with the symptoms of this. It's called the cycle diet. I have changed my eating habits based on the findings and it helps. Not completely, but it's enough to notice a change.

I haven't been very strict with it as of late, but for a few months I was super super strict with it and I did notice a difference.

I was diagnosed with PMDD and it got worse with starting nexplanon but it's currently the best birth control for me right now. I also have PTSD from some really bad personal experiences last year. I started taking Prozac daily and Xanax as needed. I get really bad anxiety for the 3-4 days leading up to my period even to the point that I've had panic attacks. The medication has definitely made a big difference but I still have a few days here and there that are the worst.

I've not been officially diagnosed, but my doctor said it sounds like it. The weeks between ovulation and my period are hell and I have much darker thoughts. I'm already on lexapro and she said that birth control could really help regulate pmdd. But the hormones make me feel crazy too. Monthly fluctuations suck so bad.

I think I suffer from this. I'm going to book an appointment to see my doctor as I have quite a few of the symptoms and life is hell some of the time for myself and my boyfriend.
