Miscarriage?

Question

Just curious of symptoms you had during a miscarriage? How did you know? Did you know you were pregnant before hand? Please respond asap as I'm worried.

I knew I was pregnant.. I was spotting which everyone said "oh it's okay you're not cramping" so of course I didn't worry about it. Few days pass and I'm still spotting. But of course because of what everyone else said I didn't worry. Little did I know that Wednesday I'd find out I lost my little girl and that my body would push her out that weekend.. I knew deep in my heart before I went to the ER that I was going to receive bad news.. I hope you're not going though a miscarriage and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

I found out I was pregnant for the first time in my life the day my period was supposed to arrive (14dpo). The next day I started spotting (brown), and went in for an HCG blood test (positive and in range). The spotting continued over the weekend, and I returned early the next week to
complete two HCG blood draws 48 hours apart.  The numbers only increased 48% in 48 hours, and some of the spotting episodes were now yielding red blood (as of 5w1d). My 4th HCG test showed that my levels were falling, and I was told to expect a miscarriage within a week, so I had to go in and get a RhoGAM shot since I am Rh-. I felt my symptoms fading including the acute sense of smell, breast tenderness, bloating, and fatigue. 5 days later I miscarried, just shy of 6 weeks. The cramping was a little more intense than my worst period cramps, but I know it could have been worse. It was disheartening, but I am hopeful for a better outcome in the future. To the mothers who have lost their little ones too soon, I am so sorry for your loss!

Well, I went to the doctors on Monday. It was a miscarriage. Twins actually. Gunna take a few months off of TTC.

I got a positive pregnancy test one at the ER and one at the clinic. I started out bleeding light then it got heavy.... I cramp bad for like 20 seconds down low i went to the bathroom some hours later and my baby's fell out one at home one at the ER. It look like 2 yolk sac's it was like medium size clot i was 5 weeks along.
