First ob appointment

I'm 9 weeks 5 days and had my first appointment today! Couldn't hear heart beat so they used the hand held ultrasound.... It was so amazing to see the baby moving and the heart beating so strong! Crazy how technology changes in 6 years, they didn't have that with my first! Now if the constant nausea would go away I would feel amazing!!
