Acne from being pregnant or quitting b.c.?

So this time last year I broke out in a horrible rash on my chest right after I quite bc but then found out I was pregnant (which ended in a miscarriage ) I got back on bc and the quit last month and now have the horrible rash again! Do you think this is from the bc or maybe a side affect of pregnancy? ! I quite bc because of the HORRIBLE mood swings it left me with FYI and if I was pregnant that wouldn't be a problem just not planning for it because I'm getting married in september 😃 so just wondering what someone else thinks!!
