Has anyone done any dental work requiring local anesthesia?  My dentist recomemnded i pump and leave enough for 48hours but I read on the academy of pediatricians online that its safe to breastfeed and do dental work. The reason for my asking is that I wont have enough time to pump worth 2 days feeding (my apt is tomorrow afternoon).    Any advice is appreciated.
