25 weeks and positive ffn test

I'm just wondering if anyone else has gotten a positive ffn result and is at risk of preterm labor, either during this pregnancy or a previous one? What was the out come for you? was your baby born early or did you make it to full term? I'm very nervous and am trying to remain calm, so any advice would truly be appreciated.
