I started talked to my ex boyfriend from 2009 and I like the chemistry that we have, we make out three  times without condom and I didn't take any pill and I have a IUD but I think it's not working because I have 6 years with that, I think I'm pregnant and he doesn't answer the phone and respond my messages, what you think I can do?

I had symptoms like breast tenderness, nausea, feel sleepy and tired all the time.

By making out, do you mean you had sex? If so then the only thing you can do is take a test to know for sure.

The iud will last 5 to 10 years you need to figure out which one you have. If you have the 5 year one I'd look into having it removed ASAP that can cause damage. Second making out doesn't cause pregnancy. And if he doesn't respond to your call now you know why he was your ex. Just take a test, those symptoms can be pms related also.
