Cry after getting your period?

I think of myself as a normal, rational person but TTC has made me become totally emotional & crazy. I'd never thought I would cry after getting my period each time after 6mths...

I cry. Every month I cry about getting my Period. It'll be our day someday. Chin up. Tits out.

I cry also. Every damn month for a year now. It makes me even more upset that I cry because I'm usually super chipper and always try to stay positive. But TTC seems like it can slowly break you.

I cry and am angry and frustrated for a day. Then I try to treat myself with wine and sushi :)

Comes as a shock at first as it's a new feeling I'm hoping I won't feel the same if I fail 2nd month but bet I will as once you start trying for sonething it's natural to get dissapointed when something out of your control says you can't have it ESPECIALLY when you feel you've done everything right Sadly other halfs don't quiet seem to feel as strongly as we do when this time comes it's hard for them to understand .

I cry every month that it shows up. Luckily we'll be on vacation when it's due this month so I'll be too distracted to have the time to cry. Who would think you'd ever be happy to get a period on vacation? At least we won't be swimming because we'll be in the snow.  ?

i feel the same way. been trying for 8 mos now. never thought i would hate getting a period so much, when before i would've freaked out if i had missed! i have shed some tears, especially when i was almost 3 days late one time! i think it's normal, even if it doesn't feel like it! :)

It's just horrible to go through this month after month. Never thought I would hate my periods so much. It just makes one think that is even though you think all is fine, is all really fine ?? And then the next day just take it as a bad dream and move on to hoping for the next month. Such is life.

I cry every month now too. I'm due for my period this weekend and this weekend is when I'm sister is telling all out family and friends she expected baby number 2. So I really hope I can handle it if AF shows up.

I feel your pain. I have PCOS and every single time I get mine , even after 3 years I cry. I did just this Wednesday when I started. But don't loose hope. I believe things do happen for a reason. There is some other plan for you. Like there is for me, and everyone. My hubby and I lookin into adoption. Because it's not just about being pregnate.. It's about being a mom, and having a family. Pregnacy lasts only 9 months.. Being a mom is forever!!❤️
