1st False Alarm

Callie

I'm a FTM (36 weeks) and last night made my husband call the hospital/Dr after hours number. I couldn't really figure out how to time my contractions because my back was hurting so bad that my whole body was tensing and I couldn't tell when the contractions really would start and end. No position was comfortable and I was going from blazing hot to freezing cold...I've had it fairly smooth sailing to this point so I was in tears not being able to get comfortable, but thankfully they told us to just try some Tylenol for the back pain and see if that helped and it did! Until about 1 am when my dog was whining to be let out which is NOT normal for him, he usually sleeps more than either of us but poor thing seems to have an upset tummy :(

I am still working so I'm sure tomorrow will be long when I'm so tired...I do go see my Dr. tomorrow afternoon and I really hope he starts checking my cervix because last night's false alarm is making me want to know if I'm dilated at all yet!
