This is back at my 7 week ultrasound. Currently 14 weeks but won't find out the sex till 25 weeks. Any guesses from this ultrasound

Is that a vaginal or abdominal? I'd it's abdominal, it's a boy! My October baby is on the same side and he's 100% boy. 💙
