Genetic testing

Lindsey
I'm going in today to do the testing for genetic abnormalities, my fiancés brother has Noonans disease, and his mom passed away when he was weeks old from a genetic heart condition, and his dad passed away when he was 10 from a heart defect too....we just thought its for the best to catch and prepare early (he's also a special Ed teacher) in case something was wrong.....my question is, I see a lot of ladies finding out gender from these tests, this will be my 4th (his 1st) but my last was 7yrs ago....they didn't offer this option then....did you have to ask for it to be on there, or did they just tell you? I don't mind waiting as long as it's healthy, but he's very anxious to know.....thanks ladies! And any prayers are appreciated for a healthy outcome!
