So me and my x/ sons dad are going to court for  DNA results ?✌ we've know eachother for 10 yrs were together for 4 he's all of a sudden playing nice wants to b in my sons life and what not. Should I just leave all this behind us and move forward try working things out see how it goes or just blow him off?!?! I really love my sons dad we were trying to fix things until his family got it in his head that my son isn't his ???? what should I do?

I say let him try. Your son is stil very young and if he messes up again then at least you will always be able to tell your son you gave him the chance to be a dad but he didn't take it. And if he makes mistakes when your son is older then your son will be able to decide for himself.

I would let him be in his sons life but I wouldn't go running back to him. You broke up for some reason and if he really let his family get it in his head the baby isn't his then he obviously never trusted you.
