Anyone know how to increase cervical mucus naturally??

I have been rather dry down there lately and I have a feeling it's hindering our chances of conceiving. Anyone know of any ways to naturally increase fertile cervical mucus? I take a vitamin everyday and stay hydrated most the time. Anyone have any advice?? I don't want to use lubricants .

I've heard that drinking grapefruit juice is an easy and yummy way of improving your cm (at least that it what they do here in Germany to improve it). However, watch out, grapefruit juice may have a negative effect on certain medications.
