I don't know if I'm ready....

So this will be my second child. My son is 7 now. Well the problem that I have is I don't know what I will be doing with a new born. When my son was born I seen him for 3 days then on a plan to Iraq. My girlfriend thinks I will be stressed to the makes any tips or help would be great. Thanks everyone! And congrats on your blessings
