Am I ovulating?

This is my second round of clomid 50mg and it is my 23CD and I finally got what looks like a positive opk. Does this look like I'm ovulating? I've been having the worse cramps on both my right and left sides i can barely walk and my breast are so sore. I had not been using OPKs as consistently as last month since I didn't want to get my hopes up . What do u think, am I ovulating?
