Advice Please?

I've been in the ER twice (Thursday and Friday) and had a doctors appointment today, they said my cervix was closed, but I'm having extremely sharp lower back pains that are constant and also, my stomach tightens up and makes it really hard to move. The ER didn't and I guess couldn't do anything about the contractions I had while there, none were too serious. What should I do?
