Can you still have a period and be pregnant? I had spotting randomly about 4 times the week before my period was due to start. It started on the right day. But I've also been sick. Waking up at 3 in the morning almost every morning, super sick to my stomach. And have a strong sense of smell. With indigestion throughout the day. This has been going on for about 2 weeks now. What could be wrong with me? Anyone have that happen before?
