Could it be?

Lauren • Trying for our second baby. We lost our first beautiful boy, Harvey at 9 months old to leukaemia X
It's a week til my period is due and the last couple days I've had really bad lower back ache, and period like pain in my stomach. My boobs have also been sore and I've been having serious mood swings and bad headaches. Is this just cos my period is coming up or could this be early signs of baby? 🙌🏼
