Pumping to increase milk don't give up
After 1 week of dry power pumping which means pumping for at least an 1hour with nothing but 1 ounce coming out each breast my milk supply has finally increased... I can slowly go back to exclusive breastfeeding instead of supplementing with formula ... I was this close to giving up on breast milk lol... I also massage breast (pic is from just left breast)
