Aching so bad 😫
I'm a GCSE dance student and I has a single period dance class yesterday (Tuesday) and I've woken up today aching really bad and I have got another in school dance class today however this one is a double period (100 minutes)Â
Is there anyway I can stop myself from aching? I did a proper warm up with stretches with my class and teacher yet I'm still hurting x
