Duno what to think

Well I'm was due my period yesterday and it didn't come, Iv had all the General pms things like sore boobs and back ache, the only thing different was last night I felt like I was leaking, I went the loo like 4 times convinced my period had started but nothing there, Iv done a test this morning an it's totally negative ?? Could it still be abit early to pick up the pregnancy hormone ??
