Pregnancy cramps?

I'm almost 5 weeks and every day on and off I've had cramps that seriously feel like my period coming. It's to the point where I keep running to the bathroom expecting to see blood. They aren't extremely painful but it's enough to make me think it's my period when I know it's not. Anyone else have this?

I'm 5 weeks and 2 days and I've been having cramps on and off. Since it's my first pregnancy I keep thinking I'm going to miscarry when I get the cramps but I've read it just your uterus expanding! I usually just change positions and it goes away or drink water.

Im 6w4d and I've been cramping everyday since last week.   On and off. And I get scared because of my history of MC But I try not to worry too much.  I usually keep my feet up all day at work and at home.   That helps tons!!!!

Yes!! I was getting concerned today because they were really strong and constant so I called my doctors. They said completely normal and to drink more fluids. I don't remember experiencing these with my first two so it made me so nervous.

Same here! But as long as the pain isn't unbearable and there's no blood, I've also read that it's all normal. I've also heard that making sure you're getting enough water in helps.

Yes that's me , I'm 5 weeks and I have that same feeling . I thought I was the only one I was gonna ask my doctor about it . But is it normal but I feel it all day and I run to the restroom .

Yes I do, cramps actually woke me up in the night as well. Apparently they're normal and just your body getting itself ready to grow. I'm 6w+2.
