Contractions back to back

Talitha • Wed, Apr 13 • 25 years old happily engaged have 4 beautiful girls whom I love dearly who I love dearly getting married this year to my best friend

So I'm 34 weeks and 4 days and having small contractions every 3 to 7 minutes ...I've taken Tylenol and it doesn't work at all. if anyone has any ideas why I'm having them and how to make them stop ?
