I'm about 3-4 weeks pregnant, only suffering from a bit of nausea and feeling full quite when eating. Worried that morning sickness hasn't kicked in fully yet. Shouldn't read much into it, but have read that morning sickness is actually a sign of a healthy pregnancy whereas as lack of it, isn't. Thoughts? My Mum suffered badly with me and my two brothers. I suffered badly 10 years ago when I got pregnant accidentally and had a termination.
