What are your newborn visiting rules?

I'm a ftm. And I don't want to sound to strict with rules lol. Like I obviously don't want sick people around him lol and I'd like to keep him at home for the first couple of weeks. I'm 24 weeks and 4 days so i have a good little bit till he arrives.

Most of the newborn rules are actually common sense, but I thought they were silly until I got tired of repeating myself so I just made a list lol

I personally won't let everyone know until 3 day after giving birth. Except for my mom and stepdad and fiancé dads and brother.

I'd like a 3 day rest after the hospital stay w/ just me baby and fiancé and close family. Then after that I'll make the announcement for friends and extended family.

Just immediate fam and 2 close friends are allowed to visit at the hospital. Same goes for the first week at home. Obviously no one who its sick and just wash hands before holding the baby.
