Really need opinions. Don't judge.

I took 3 home pregnancy tests. All positive or so I thought. I have had light bleeding on and off for two days. Also CM is slightly blood tinged but nothing bad. Breasts are super sensitive. Heart burn like crazy. And pee more than usual. Does it sound like I'm pregnant? My body is confusing the poop outta me?!?!?!?
