What are these bumps???
Can someone please tell me what are these bumps on my 5.5 month old daughters neck & chest? Do I need to see a doctor? Is there cream for it? I'm hoping it's just because sleep slobs so much and her shirt is usually wet right there. Please comment and please don't be rude.
