My Sister and I got in a huge argument yesterday morning and I am still having such a hard time calming down. I usually have an easy time letting things go/moving on but I am really struggling and I don't want it to hurt my little girl :(
I tried taking a bath last night and just staying in bed but I feel like since my heart rate got elevated, it isn't regulating. Has anyone had any experience with this? I hate to blame it on the hormones because my reaction was justified, I just need to find a way to calm my body/mind down.
Any advice would be welcome.
Ps. I would LOOOOOVE a glass of wine....5 more months... :)
