Anyone have any pregnancy symptoms at 4 weeks?

I know I'm not that far along,  but after a miscarriage last year,  I'm eagerly awaiting pregnancy symptoms!

Yes. Even before the four week mark. Most of it was emotional breakdowns and my husband told me he thought i was pregnant. He was right!

my gums are more sensitive. if found out I was pregnant with my son from my dentist appointment! My gums were bleeding more than usual and sure enough, I was pregnant. Same thing happened this time. I had an appt a few days ago and took a test- sure enough!

Also, my husband loves to point out how forgetful I am during pregnancy (he's right). ;-) he had a feeling I was this time because I kept jumbling thoughts and forgetting things.

Anyone have any pregnancy symptoms at 4 weeks?
