Advice - My friend's new "sugar daddy"

Today my best friend told me she has a new sugar daddy. I was happy for her, because she's the type of girls that enjoys "giving sugar" to guys. (She's slept with over 30 people) so you know, I thought it was great that she was getting twice the benefits. She also told me that she's getting over $300 in cash, and ask her sugar daddy for an extra $50 for me to buy the Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette (we're both crazy about it) so of course I was excited. 

Well me and her have gym class together, and he happened to call her. She answered and put him on speaker for me and another friend to hear. 

That's when something didn't feel right.

This man had a really deep voice, they were making plans with her and perhaps some other girls including me to go to the mall, to buy us things, you know.

He's promising so many things to my friend, 

including a bank account.

Before they hung up, he said something like "I'm your sugar daddy, so send me a special picture of those legs of yours." And she was like "lol ok"

They hung up and I asked her how old was this man. She didn't know, but she estimated about 50-65years old.

What the fuck. This man could be our father, or grandfather, you know. We're still in high school, she's still in high school, and he's calling her up whenever he wants. He KNOWS she's a junior in high school. And he's gonna take us all out? Umm...

Perhaps I'm just paranoid. After all, she is 18, he wouldn't be considered a pedophile, right? But I just have a really bad feeling about this...
