Dr.Greenhouse I had a ectopic pregnancy ,Ended in surgery and my question is .why does it takes soooo long to get pregnant again ? Is it even possible to conceive I lost my right ovarie is there something that can help me conceive

Hi Dr. Greenhouse, thanks for being on to answer questions! I have irregular cycles but medically all my blood work comes back normal. I've had a full lab work by an RE with no explanation for why I am not ovulating regularly. Prior to TTC, I was on hormonal birth control pill for 10 years, did this cause al the issues? I'm at a loss and don't want to have to see an RE for the rest of my reproductive life. Are there other reasons ovulation doesn't occur?

Everything about my cycle has been typical up until about a year ago. I started having spotting 1-2 weeks before my period so, basically soon after ovulation (which was tested and is occurring). The spotting is inconsistent but is typically light to medium and often brown but sometimes red. My OBGYN did not seem concerned even though my husband and I have been TTC, now for nearly 2.5 years. I had blood work and internal ultrasounds completed which pointed to fibroid. My dr said they are very small and should be a none issue. Oh, at the time my period shortened down to 3 days in length (from 5) but that lasted maybe 5 months and now I'm back to 5. Could these "tiny fibroids" really be the culprit and are they a fertility issue ? (I am 35yo).

Hi Dr. Greenhouse: My cycles are all over the place... Sometimes 25 days, sometimes 38. Is there anything I can do to regulate it more? Trying to conceive for 14 months, and it's tricky when I don't know if my period is late, or if it's just a long cycle. I'm 27, my husband is 37. I was on the Depo shot for seven years, been off of the shot for nearly two. Thank you!

Hello Dr. Greenhouse. Thank you so much for your time. I had my period twice last month, I've been trying to convince for over two years now I will be 38 in June. My question is am I never know when am ovulating seems like my cycle is all over the place! Am going nuts!

Thank you for being here!
The first day of my period is always extremely painful (I've lost consciousness twice from the pain), and it is always accompanied by vomiting and diarrhea. Just the first day. I've suspected endometriosis, but I don't experience pain any other times. Could it still be endo? I have also been unable to conceive for two and a half years now, even with clomid. 
Any advice would be great.
