Any tips on FET?

Going in tomorrow for my first fet.  Are there any tips that you have that may increase chance of success?

I had mine yesterday. I've heard eating mcdonalds fries right after transfer on way home, bed rest (not full but just not a lot of standing), pineapple for five days including core for five days starting on transfer day, Brazil nuts 5 a day for five days, and only warm foods and drinks. I've just been drinking room temperature water. But honestly I've read some people who have done nothing and it's worked and others who have done it all and it hasn't worked. My friend did pineapple core and fries and shes pregnant.

Any tips on FET?
