What the hell is my vagina doing?

I have the plastic and copper iud, I have a pretty normal period but I just started tracking it. Usually lasts 7-9 days since I got the iud. I am 8 days late for my period even with a 34 day cycle (giving the uterus the benefit of the doubt. ) day before yesterday I bled just enough to saturate one half of a qtip. Then it stopped. Then an hour or so ago another qtip half. And theres awkward cramping. And about a week ago I had this weird razor blade tentacles sensation in my uterus the same as when I got pregnant with my daughter. Is this implantation bleeding?  Is something else wrong? I took a test and it was negative. I have no idea what the hell is going on in there. Advice and input appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have the same IUD and I get really bad cramps because of it . It could just be the hormones changing things in your body. Just drink water and if the pain is really bad take meds.

It's unlikely you're pregnant. IUDs are 99.9% effective.

Irregular bleeding and spotting are common side effects, so it's most likely that.

If you're still worried, take a test.

Ok, everyone I spoke to. Thank you for the help. I went to get my IUD checked today,  I had partly ejected itsself. My doctor said another period or 2 and it would have fallen out. That's why my periods were running 8-12 days. She put me on birth control pills. I already feel better and not so dizzy. Thank you all for testing input again.:)

I've had my IUD for almost a year and I still sometimes get the random spots of blood. That part is def. normal. The tentacle pain though... I have no idea. Did you have sex before it happened? Was it in the vagina or stomach area? More info needed.
