Hello ladies , I am 5 weeks today and want to ask if walking on a trademill or on flat surface fine?? How long can I walk?? Actually I had mc at 6 weeks in November and that time I started walking on the trademill when I was 5 weeks. I do read that exercise has nothing to do with mc but my poor heart is afraid of taking any chances.. Please suggest and share if you have any similar stories 😕
