Clearblue Advanced digital OPK FMU?

Question

Hi! I have used the regular clearblue digital opks before, but this is my first time using the advanced one. It says to ALWAYS use FMU. However, I have read in other blogs online that it is not a good idea to test before 10 am because that is when the surge happens. So one part of me is like.. Follow the instructions the makers know what they are talking about, but another part of me wonders if I may miss my surge. Any experience with this ladies?? Advice?

I've always used fmu, and this month also used the cheap easy@home strips (clear blue advanced first thing in the morning and the strips in the mid-morning and/or evening) and they both matched up perfectly, the 'high' digital when the lines were almost the same color and then 'peak' when the lines were the same.  I was also wondering about that which is why I doubled up this month.  Good luck!!!

I was using mornings and getting negatives. Not until i tested at noon and 6 pm us when i got my positives.
