Can someone tell me if these are Braxton hicks?

My hips have been killing me. I was in the shower And had some tightening but now I can't tell if I'm having bh contractions. I'm really uncomfortable and they aren't going away if they are bh

This is my second pregnancy and I still can't tell what's a BH contraction. I know what a real one is like...but never knew about BH

BH are when your uterus tightens without pain. If they are uncomfortable, they may be true contractions. Drink a glass of water, lay down on your left side, and see if they go away within 1/2 hour. Otherwise, give your doctor a call and see if they want to monitor you for awhile. Preterm labor is nothing to mess with.

With BH it's normal to be uncomfortable and it's also normal to have mild cramping. 
If you have more then 4 in an hour call your midwife/Ob/ect. 
Also call If they start to hurt (besides slight cramping)
