Holy cow! My "morning" sickness hit me like a train today. I'm 5w2d and haven't had any symptoms yet except site, swollen breasts, fatigue, and bloating and then today I've thrown up 5 times. Morning, afternoon, and night. Doesn't matter what I eat or drink or don't, what I'm doing or anything. It just came at me like a train! I know the theory of if it's a boy you won't have morning sickness and if it's a girl you will. I thought for sure I was having a not because I that theory has been true for me with my daughter and my son, but now I'm not sure.

Any advice on what to eat or drink to help this? Its been almost 4 years since I have been pregnant.
