9dpo using Clomid/Provera

I am 9dpo (guesstimate) and have taken 2 rounds of Clomid (50mg then 100mg). Today my doctor called and told me I didn't ovulate at 100mg and my level was .4, is it possible that I could have ovulated? I took 4 ovulation tests which were all positive and last night I began have sore nipples & tiredness. Took a pregnancy test tonight but from what I can tell is negative. I have PCOS and have had non stop spotting for a year (why I am on clomid and provera) but now the spotting stopped after the 100mg of Clomid. Anyone out there that can relate or give feedback?
