Adult diapers or pads after birth?

Question

I've heard adult diapers for bleeding is best after birth and I'm thinking of trying them but my mom thinks I'm totally insane for wanting to! I started with tampons from my very first period, so I've never dealt with pads before, so either way it'll be a new experience for me. Just wondering what your opinions would be?

Some women absolutely love the mesh panties the hospital give. I hated them. They wouldn't stick to the mesh and they would pretty much fall out when I pulled my panties down. My husband ran out and got me the women's depends and they were AMAZING. I recommend them lol....I only used them for two days though & then just started using always overnight pads after that.

I highly recommend adult diapers! I used pads at the hospital and ruined so many pairs of underwear - they are bulky, and they leak! 
I started using diapers when I got home and they were amazing - so fitted, no issues with leakage, easy to sleep in without worry it'll slip to one side. I used depends real fit

I did diapers the first 10 days and now since its a lot lighter I'm doing pads!!!

I did diapers while I was in the hospital. I bled through the mesh panties and giant pads. Those diapers are amazing. They rip down the side so they're easy to throw away. And I didn't bleed through them at all.

I did pads with the mesh underwear at the hospital and at home. I was also given padsicles at the hospital. The nurses kind of helped me get everything on after LO was born. I only had a small leak once. I'm 3.5 weeks pp and finally able to use panty liners (yay!).

I've never been a fan of pads so I thought about getting the diapers but instead I got overnight pads. They were really long though and not so comfortable so looking back I wish I would've just gotten the diapers. They prob would've been more comfortable and you have to wear like granny panties with pads. I mainly have thongs so I had to get underwear too lol

I got adult diapers and pads but I couldn't use the adult diapers...they BTOKE ME OUT!! Idk why but I got the adult diapers and next thing I know...there are pimples EVERYWHERE down there..I stop using them..now I'm stuck to pads and now all my panties are getting ruined.  :'(

I made padsicles to use at home and I bought some depends too..ill try the hospital mesh panties and use depends if needed.

That's a really good idea. I used the huge pads. I was so worried about them moving and bleeding through. Diapers would make that not an issue.

They should give you stuff at the hospital. They are so comfy
