A friend of mine who is 15 was messing with a 30 year old he almost 3 hours to go see her and they did oral Sex, her parents found out and the guy is now being charger with carnal knowledge of a juvenile. She says she wanted what happened and doesn't think he took advantage of her. Do you think so and is it truly rape?

Yes it's rape. Even if she was old enough to give consent as a minor, that is still rape because... She'd be a minor still. She may have consented, but it's not even like its a 15 yr old with a 17 yr old. He is 30. That is sick.

What a sick man!!!  She is 15 & he is 30! Any 15 year old just wants attention and affection.... For fuck sake,  a grown man knows exactly what he is doing and how too minipulate a situation as such.. Even though she may think she wanted it and I'm sure she did at the time, when she is older she will realise that her innocence and immaturity was well and truly taken advantage of.
