Would you date a 25 year old Virgin?

So my brother is 25, 26 in October and NEVER had an actaul girlfriend. He's had girls that he's really liked that he was to afraid to ask out but nothing more and has never slept with anyone. He's my only sibling and sometimes I wonder if he will ever find a gf, and if he does if she will freak out because he's a virgin.
