My boyfriend and I have been ttc since December.. I went to my gyno a couple days ago and said everything is fine with me. Well my bf only has one testicle and he's convenienced that's why we haven't got pregnant yet. Maybe his sperm count is low? Idk what are some things he can so to rise is sperm count or make our chances at getting pregnant better?

Men can do much the same thing we do to get ready to be pregnant. Eating healthy, exercise in moderation, taking vitamins. Cut back or cut out caffeine. No smoking, drink in moderation.

What he can do in addition, wear boxer shorts and loose pants. Have sex/ejaculate every 2-3 days, even outside of the fertile week.

If you are in the UK go to Boots as they do a home testing kit to check your SO'S sperm level.
