Fitbit observation
So this is totally random, and I thought I would share this interesting coincidence (?) that I've noticed with my Fitbit. I've had it since Jan, and I've noticed that every month, my resting heartrate rises near or on the day of my ovulation.
It's so fascinating to me!
But I'm not sure if it actually means anything - again, just a random observation ☺️
