TTC advice?

My husband told me last night he's ready to get pregnant this year! We're going to start in a few months. What advice do you have for someone new on the TTC journey?

Take vitamins specially folic acid.  Relax 3njoy sex n don't make it about making a baby make it fun times between u both try new things. Don't use lubes that are not ttc friendly if u need them that is. If u have regular sex every other day if u can after ur period more around ovulation time u'll be doing all u can. X

Try to eat healthy, take prenatal vitamins, light exercise, cut back or quit smoking if you do smoke, check your cervical mucus daily and log it, you can use ovulation prediction kit to see when you ovulate and most importantly do not make sex routine just try to relax and have fun and maybe try some things in the bedroom. Do not take a pregnancy test b4 your missed period bc if you do then it can give you a false negative. Good luck hun and lots of baby dust

I started taking prenatals about 30 days before I got pregnant. I also kept track of my periods and ovulation days using the other Glow app. That was very useful.

both of you should see a doctor and make sure you are healthy. don't have sex every day, it takes 48 hours for him to make good and healthy sperm.

Do different and creative positions! That's how I got pregnant.

Start prenatals now..use your app to know your peak ovulation days. Try to have more sex on those days. Don't go over board by making sex a chore..Enjoy this time together. Just let it happen😊 try this first and if it doesn't happen after awhile see a Dr for the next step..good luck
