Just wondering, I had massive crushes on some guys but I barely remember about them anymore. However, I still remember about my friend with benefits that I've lost my virginity to 4 months ago - no, I don't have any feelings for him, I also have a boyfriend now but his person just crosses my mind sometimes.

The way I lost my virginity was a mistake, but I can't go back in time and change it. I met my boyfriend now shortly after, and we've been together almost two years. I was his first, and 99% of the time it feels like he was mine too. Because I love him and it felt right, and with the other incident, there was no love and I was terrified. I barely ever think about the other guy, and I'm sure a few years down the road I won't even remember his name.

I lost my virginity at 16, almost 20 years ago. We were together 18 months and I loved him a lot at the time. I'm glad it was him. It was right and I never regretted it.
So, no I haven't forgotten.
At the same time, I don't think of him, I very rarely look back, and I don't have leftover or unresolved feelings. The thought of him or the sex we had doesn't make my heart beat any faster. Nor did it even 10 years ago. Life moves on. You get different highs, experience different loves. He's a fond but distant memory.
