Nightmares .????

Question

Anyone having bad bad dreams with your pregnancy ??    I have had a couple so far. But last night just topped the cake for real tho.    This is my third baby didn't have this with the other two

Yep. I posted abt them last week. It's insane. I read tht it's from interrupted sleep. Ex:getting up in the middle of the night to pee or snack. I cut back on drinking a couple hours before bed and more careful abt what I watch before bed. It's helped so far, I'm 2 days now nightmare free.

I have had this happen with both my pregnancies so far. It's terrible. My first pregnancy was a high stress one due to the circumstances around me being pregnant so I attributed the dreams to that. Now I'm in a good situation with the best husband ever, a great family... And at 11wks pregnant, the nightmares started again. They are aweful things that I can't believe generate in my brain. I hate going to sleep now!

Two nights ago I dreamt that my 5 year old nephew was wandering outside by himself and that I was at work but I felt desperate to leave so I went to his house and found him and 3 other men trying to take him. I ran inside and boarded up the house but that they managed to get in so I chopped them up, yet they were still alive. It was horrible.

I have had frequent nightmares about being killed, shot at, random things. I never had this with other pregnancies. It's just apart of pregnancy, you start having vivid dreams. When I'm not pregnant I have regular dreams they're not vivid or nightmares.
